The mighty BOOCH

No, not the show, it's kombucha, the fermented tea drink of champions!

I've been making my own for a while now and I love it! Great for a healthy gut, but also great for reducing the amount of waste typically associated with purchasing flavoured drinks. I use old grolsch bottles to store my kombucha in which keeps the fermented fizz in whilst also being easy to clean and reuse over and over again. Another win for reducing what's in my bin!

My favourite "recipe" is to just add ginger to the second fermentation. Tastes like ginger beer and winning 🙂
